Fill in the Medical History Form

Please also allow some time to complete your Medical History and dental questionnaire form. You may download and fill this form at home (Download Medical History PDF) and bring it when you visit us. Please be rest assured that all information you provide us with will remain strictly confidential.

Your Consultation

You will meet your dentist who will go through your medical history, will listen to your concerns and expectations as well as thoroughly assess your oral condition. The first consultation usually involves taking clinical photographs and small X-Rays  which are included in your examination fee. Complex cases and some treatments such as the reconstruction of bite, orthodontics, Implants,  wisdom teeth and gum issues however may need a full mouth scan (panoramic) which requires an extra fee. You will be informed if this is required.

Once your dentist has completed the examination, they will go through all photographs and radiographs that have been taken, and discuss them with you.

Treatment Proposal

A range of treatment options then will be offered to you. We will work closely with you to ensure you are fully informed and can make the appropriate decision choosing the most suitable option. You will be provided with a written detailed treatment plan and itemised estimate of costs.

Please ask us if anything is unclear in your treatment plan.

During your treatment you can watch TV, listen to classical music, or the music of your choice or may even watch a clip on You tube or DVD on screen! Feel free to bring your own CD or DVD.
